What is Seiko Mod watch?
A Seiko Mod watch is a customized version of a standard Seiko watch. The term "MOD" comes from "modification". These modifications are generally made for those who wish to personalize their watch according to their specific tastes or needs. Modifications can vary considerably, from minor aesthetic changes to more complex technical revisions. What makes Seiko watches particularly amenable to modification is the wide availability of spare parts. This abundance of components enables a wide range of customization, making each Seiko MOD watch unique.
How long does it take to complete a watch modification?
The delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the design. On average, a standard modification takes between 2 to 3 weeks. This timeframe allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensures that your watch is crafted to your complete satisfaction.
Each watch is assembled by hand piece by piece in a completely handmade way by an expert with more than 12 years of experience.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every watch manufactured in our workshop comes with a free sixs months warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal use.
However, it does not cover scratches, damage from opening the watch, or water resistance issues, as our watches are not designed for swimming or similar activities. To ensure the longevity of your watch, we recommend avoiding such activities.
For added peace of mind, we offer an insurance service that allows you to extend coverage from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the plan. Each plan provides different benefits for both the watch and the customer.
The warranty only covers defects in the movement, it does not cover any other part of the watch*
What are the estimated delivery times?
We offer delivery worldwide. All our watches are assembled and shipped fromour workshop.
For international shipments the estimated delivery time is around 10 days.
If you have purchased an accessory from our shop, please note that this will be sent in a separate package from your watch, as due to weight and size of the package we have to do it this way, so the reception of both packages may have some days of difference*

The watch is waterproof?
Our watches are designed with a water resistance rating of 5 ATM, which makes them suitable for everyday use and able to withstand splashes or brief immersion in water.
However, they are not intended for swimming or taking baths.
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your watch, we
recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water.
Are the original watches?
We use genuine Seiko Movements to create unique watches inspired by top designs.
Our watches are not replicas and we are not affiliated with the Seiko brand in any way.

Can I return my watch if I'm not satisfied with the modification?
Yes, we accept returns within the first 14 days after receiving the watch, provided it is in its original condition and shows no signs of use. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship without any issues within the United Kingdom and to Europe. Additionally, we are working on starting shipments to the United States and Canada in the near future.
What does the watch insurance include, and how can I choose the right plan for me?
Our insurance plans provide different levels of coverage depending on your needs. The Basic Plan offers an additional six months of warranty, the Gold Plan extends coverage to one year, and the Premium Plan covers two years, with various services included depending on the plan.

Which case diameter should I choose?
Choosing the right watch case size according to your wrist circumference is essential for comfort and aesthetics. A case that is too small can seem lost, while a case that is too large can be awkward. An appropriate size ensures a comfortable fit, enhances the watch and allows better readability.
