  1. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  2. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and accessories intact. Returned items should not have been worn, used, or damaged.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. However, if the product is defective or if we made an error in shipping your order, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  5. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days. Please note that the time required to receive your item may vary depending on your location. For added security, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipment insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  6. Sale or promotional items, as well as gift cards, are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
